We built pike;
because we were tired.

Tired of other apps selling our data while we used them for free. Tired of messaging becoming a performance — stories, likes, who viewed your profile. Tired of paying a subscription every month just to talk to our friends.

We wanted something that felt like old school messaging. The feeling of seeing your friend's name light up green. Of a display name that said something about who you were. Of a notification that made both of you laugh.
