Is it really free forever?
Yes. The core app — messaging, calls, presence, stickers, the Ping — is free and always will be. We make money from Pro upgrades, not from selling your data or showing you ads.
What if you add new Pro features later?
New Pro features are included in your existing purchase. You pay once, you get everything we build for Pro — now and in the future.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on which store you purchased through. EU users have a 14-day cooling off period by law. If you have any issue, contact us directly and we'll sort it out.
Does my Pro carry over if I get a new phone?
Yes. Pro is tied to your account, not your device. Log in on any phone and your Pro features are there.
Why $9.99 $5.99 and not a subscription?
