Protect your account
Enter your user code and recovery phrase to freeze or unfreeze your account. No one can do this without your recovery phrase.
Your recovery phrase is the phrase you set up when you first created your account. It was shown to you once in the app under Settings → Security.

Your account is currently frozen. To protect against misuse, you can unfreeze after the cooldown period.
Your account was frozen recently. You can unfreeze it in --. If you did not freeze this account, your recovery phrase may be compromised — contact support@getpike.chat immediately.

What happens when frozen
No one can sign in. OTP codes won't be sent to anyone trying to log into your account.
Your data is safe. Nothing is deleted. Messages, contacts, and your account are all preserved exactly as they are.
Unfreeze anytime. Come back here with your recovery phrase after 24 hours to unlock your account again.
All sessions ended. Anyone currently logged in on any device is signed out immediately.
